In addition to the core sales business, known as GRAFT, the Group also operates an ancillary business, Accelerate, created specifically in response to the needs of our smaller clients.  Afferent Accelerate provides a range of boutique marketing services, communications, public relations, copyrighting and tender/bid management consultancy.  Additionally, contract customer care and receptionist personnel are provided under the Xceptional brand name.

At a glance, what Afferent Group does seems in no way unusual: principally contract sales and telesales, marketing and telemarketing; but Afferent is quite unique in the way in which we operate (as we explain in the Afferent = different pages below)

At the request of a given client, we can simply deliver "X" days of direct sales or “Y” numbers of appointments etc.  However, we have found that in most cases, the best results are attained via our unique Afferent Graft approach.  This involves our sales personnel effectively becoming part of your company, working on secondment with you exclusively and for extended periods.  With GRAFT, our sales vanguard are supported by an appropriate measure of input from our consultancy corps.
