X-Appointment serves a wide variety of professionals whose businesses

with Xceptional, all you need to do is view your online diary on your
own PC or laptop from your own desk as it updates in real time.

critical clients) can be viewed on the diary screen and/or via Email,
instant message or SMS

Xceptional X-Call involves our trained personnel professionally answering all of your phone calls and responding to callers in line with your specific instructions. Following the Xceptional "initialisation" process, your Xceptional receptionist will be familiar with your day-to-day business and will know how you would wish each call to be handled. All incoming calls will be managed with absolute professionalism and messages will be relayed to you in the format(s) you require

clients seeking shorter hours cover, relief cover and/or handling of
excess calls at specific times.
Xceptional will be launching an enhancement to the X-Call service in
