Xceptional "initialisation" is the week long process by which we get to know how you work and vice versa.  It is only after the successful completion of initialisation that a formal business engagement begins.

Initialisation comprises the following elements

Protocol Elaboration
We invite you to complete documentation instructing your Xceptional receptionist how to respond to all forseeable queries or situations, from "where can I park" to perhaps, those particular issues in your overall profession in which you do not personally specialise etc.  This is your document, created by you, and updated by you as required, the requirements of which your Xceptional receptionist will strictly follow.

Onsite Training
Your Xceptional receptionist will work onsite at your place of work for a period of 2 days.  This will have the dual purpose of giving our personnel a level of familiarity with your business as well as enabling you to offer person-to-person training as you see fit.

"No cost, no obligation" trial
Our service only makes sense if you, our client are unreservedly happy with the service you are receiving.  As such, we operate a 1-week, "no-cost, no obligation" trial period enabling you to assess the efficacy and suitability of the Xceptional service to your business.
